GoalBall is built to make you a better footballer — not to profit from your data. We collect only what we need to run the app, we never sell it, and you can delete everything at any time.
GoalBall ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered football coaching app. References to "GoalBall", "the app", or "the service" mean the iOS application and the website at goalball.live.
Account information — When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and the optional username and avatar you provide.
Training data — We store records of your training sessions, drill scores, skill ratings, and coach feedback so we can show you your progress over time.
Video clips — When you perform a drill, you record a short video clip. This clip is processed on-device by our computer vision model to measure your technique. Clips are not uploaded to our servers and are not stored after analysis.
Device and usage data — We collect basic crash and performance data (e.g. app version, device model, OS version) to fix bugs and improve the app. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Social data — If you use social features, we store your follow relationships and the activity feed items you have consented to share.
We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile, training history, Player Card, and social data within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@goalball.live. We will respond within 30 days.
GoalBall is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of GoalBall after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
